Job summary

Elastic Security is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Endpoint Security & XDR business. This role reports to the GM of Elastic Security and sits with a senior engineering partner, shaping a unified agentic platform across endpoints and SIEM/analytics.

The position is distributed by design, with regular travel to engage customers and the field. You will own the product strategy, drive revenue and platform attach, and lead a team of PMs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a security product line with revenue and strategy ownership.
• Strong collaboration with GTM, sales, and customers to drive adoption.
• Clear executive communication with CISOs, sales leadership, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Drive OKRs for Endpoint Security & XDR: revenue, win rate, attach, retention, expansion.
• Set the product strategy for the line and represent it with sales, customers, and analysts.
• Own the agentic detection and response strategy for the endpoint and align with SIEM/analytics.
• Shape investments with data and customer evidence.
• Ensure endpoint and XDR fit Elastic Security's platform story across customers.
• Travel regularly and engage with customers and field teams.
• Lead and develop product managers to connect their work to the mission.
