Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Product Management to shape the next-generation security operations experience. You will unify multiple product areas into a cohesive analyst workflow, guiding priorities and customer outcomes. This leadership role requires a systems-thinking mindset and collaboration with engineering, design, and security practitioners, with travel up to 15%.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $206,250 – $309,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management at enterprise SaaS or security companies.
• 3+ years managing product managers.
• Direct experience with analyst-facing security operations products such as SIEM, XDR, or SOAR.
• Proven track record of leading large migration programs for enterprise customers.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and making data model tradeoffs with engineering.
• Ability to set a unified vision across multiple product areas and align teams accordingly.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define the analyst workflow across the platform and create a cohesive narrative connecting related product components.
• Drive the unification of data models across multiple domains to support seamless analyst experiences.
• Manage the migration of legacy customers to a new analyst experience, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, prioritizing key initiatives and maintaining high standards.
• Engage with SOC analysts and security leaders to validate assumptions and improve product offerings.
