SentinelOne seeks an Executive Product Leader to own Platform and User Experience, unifying technical architecture with design across a broad product portfolio. This role reports to senior leadership and leads a team of Directors to shape the future of SentinelOne’s AI-native platform.

The position requires 12–15+ years in platform engineering or product design, strong cybersecurity experience, and a proven ability to scale multi-layered organizations while aligning design and technical strategy

Qualifications

12–15+ years of experience across platform engineering, product design/UX, or a combination, with progressively senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies.
Proven experience in cybersecurity, enterprise security, or a security-critical domain.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and roadmaps for the platform and user experience, including multi-tenancy and API surfaces.
Transform UX delivery toward AI-driven product delivery and guide the UX Research team.
Direct investment decisions balancing speed, scalability, and cost.
Build and scale a high-performing product organization with senior leaders.
