Qualifications

• Twelve or more years building software products with leadership experience.
• 1 Hands-on engineering background with architecture review and code reading.
• 2 Experience shipping products on a shared platform or multi-tenant product.
• 3 Strong CI/CD, automated testing, feature flags, and observability practices.
• 4 Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• 5 Technical owner of product roadmap across lifecycle.
• 6 Experience adopting AI development tooling.
• 7 Experience delivering to multiple audiences/regions from a single codebase.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery vertical and be the accountable engineering owner for product outcomes.
• 2 Own the engineering budget and ensure cost visibility before decisions.
• 3 Ensure what ships meets customer needs and aligns with product goals.
• 4 Measure post-launch outcomes and feed learnings into the next cycle.
