Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a highly experienced leader for analytical science to drive development programs across drug substances and products. You will mentor a small team, develop analytical methods, and shape strategies for regulatory submissions and global markets.

The role requires a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related field with extensive industry experience and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or bioanalytical chemistry, or a related field with >8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry after earning degree.
• Project/technical leadership experience in pharmaceutical product development and commercialization focusing on small molecules, synthetic peptides, oligonucleotides, and/or ADC payload-linker elements.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical efforts within a multidisciplinary project team and manage a small team of analytical scientists.
• Develop analytical methods, justify specifications, and design stability studies for drug substances and products.
• Translate analytical strategies into robust control strategies and support technology transfer to CRO/CMO and Lilly sites.
• Provide technical guidance for activities within an external network and ensure methods are fit for purpose.
