MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Director of Pricing to develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives across a broad product portfolio. You will lead a team of pricing professionals and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing, with 5+ years in senior leadership, and a strong background in manufacturing pricing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis.
5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies in manufacturing environments.
Experience in utility or telecom markets a plus.
Proficient with data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL), pricing software, and ERP systems.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing strategy development across product lines to optimize profitability.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Partner with sales, finance, product management, and marketing to set pricing strategies.
Oversee pricing implementation and annual price renewals across channels.
Utilize pricing analytics to drive decisions and report on performance and competitiveness.
Manage and develop pricing analysts and managers to high performance.
Ensure pricing activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
