Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Director of Pricing in Fort Mill, SC to lead pricing strategy and analytics across product lines. You will drive revenue growth, analyze market dynamics, and partner with sales, finance, and product teams to implement agile pricing programs.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing with 5+ years in leadership, a manufacturing mindset, and strong data skills in Excel/Tableau/SQL. A MBA is preferred, and PowerBI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; telecom/utilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of pricing models and strategies to grow revenue and margins.
• Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis.
• Partner with sales, finance, product management, and marketing to align pricing goals.
• Oversee pricing implementation and annual price renewals across channels.
• Utilize pricing analytics to monitor performance and report results.
• Manage and develop pricing analysts and managers.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with legal and internal policies.
