Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking a Director of Practice Management to lead the Practice Managers and Clinical Support Coordinators, setting objectives for each clinic and aligning them with the organization’s annual and strategic plan.

You will oversee operations, staffing, human resources, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance, partnering with operations leaders to ensure safe, effective, and high-performing environments for patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing or overseeing physician practices.
• Experience using EMR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Practice Managers and the Clinical Support Coordinators.
• Set objectives and goals for each clinic office and align with annual and strategic plans.
• Provide leadership for operations, staffing, human resources, patient satisfaction, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with operations leaders to ensure safe, effective, and high-performing clinic environments for patients, families and colleagues.
