Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Clinic Business Manager for the Fresno, CA area to lead operations across clinicians, technicians and administrative staff.

You will drive daily, weekly and monthly sales, revenue, cash flow and AR, while maintaining patient satisfaction and quality assurance programs. In this role you will coordinate sales and marketing plans to expand referral sources, manage expenses to meet budgets, ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, and uphold the company's ethics and

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in orthotics/prosthetics or related healthcare administration
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of financial and accounting practices
• Proficiency with Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals for sales, revenues, cash and accounts receivable
• Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction with clinic services
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop and enhance referral sources and expand revenue opportunities
• Manage clinic expenses and materials to meet or exceed budget projections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations and adhere to the company ethics program
