• 5 years of experience as a healthcare leader with a proven track record in operations and corporate functions.
• Financial, business development, complex project management, analytical and team-building skills.
• Proven change management skills including crafting strategic direction and directing processes.
• Knowledge of medical group management and health systems operations and reimbursement is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational infrastructure for California region to support physicians and patients.
• Partner with executive leaders to advance organizational goals and program development.
• Supervise staff including clinic administrators and managers; provide training and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accrediting standards and manage budgeting goals with leadership.
• Drive patient-centered care and service excellence while maintaining financial viability.
