Job summary

BitKernel Technology Inc. seeks a Director of DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure to guide reliability, performance, security, and operational maturity of our SaaS platform.

You will own the roadmap and practices, lead critical incidents, and partner with executives to scale the environment with cost-aware governance. The role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, spanning cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure, automation, and FinOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, SRE, support, or service-delivery teams.
• Proven experience operating mission-critical SaaS platforms.
• Experience with production cloud, hybrid, and bare-metal environments at scale.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, security, virtualization, storage, databases, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Front-Line Support teams with clear ownership and standards.
• Own platform availability, performance, reliability, and service delivery.
• Lead incident management, RCAs, corrective actions, and post-incident reviews.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Oversee infrastructure governance, cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Define monitoring and observability across infra, apps, and customer experience.
