• Degree or 10 years' experience in design/construction management of commercial or institutional projects.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple bond projects with district and campus staff, architects and engineers.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, design development, bidding and contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with district standards and construction specs.
• Coordinate with Project Advisory Team and Board for approvals.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports.
