Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Director of Physical Security to shape and execute the enterprise-wide security strategy. You will lead a team responsible for access control, surveillance, and badging across IU Health facilities, ensuring patient and staff safety while managing the security budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of physical security hardware standards, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders to drive innovation in security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in physical security.
• Experience with security systems, access control hardware/software and video surveillance.
• Technical expertise in physical security hardware standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide physical security strategy for IU Health.
• Oversee design, implementation and management of security systems across the network.
• Provide strategic leadership, manage the departmental budget and direct the team.
• Lead access control, surveillance, badging, and other physical security solutions.
