Responsible for managing internal and external investigators while collaborating with various departments, you will enhance risk management and safety for all stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership and a commitment to optimizing physical security services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in physical security and/or safety in healthcare.
• 5+ years of management experience with team leadership.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and deliver constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide physical security service line.
