Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience managing physical security systems (access control, video surveillance).
• Lenel/Milestone technician certifications are a plus.
• Supervision/management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide physical security strategy for IU Health.
• Oversee design, implementation and management of security systems to protect patients, staff and facilities.
• Provide strategic leadership, budget development and management for the department.
• Direct a team delivering access control, surveillance, badging and other physical security solutions.
• Maintain industry knowledge to drive security innovation across the network.
