Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Director, Information Security (Operations) to lead an intelligence-led security program across networks, endpoints, cloud, SaaS, AI, and all digital assets. This leadership role ensures protection of ePHI and sensitive data while enabling growth and innovation.

The position drives risk-based detection, incident response, and governance, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk Management to safeguard patient care and enterprise information assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in security operations or risk management in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in security leadership with healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence-led security program spanning networks, endpoints, cloud, apps and AI.
• Oversee 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and tabletop exercises with stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Risk Management to protect ePHI and data.
