Job summary

Notre Dame Federal Credit Union in Indiana seeks a Director of Facilities and Physical Security to serve as the Security Officer and provide enterprise-wide leadership for facilities and security programs. This senior role oversees budget, vendor relationships, emergency preparedness, and incident response across locations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in facilities, security, or related fields, with preference for financial-institution experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in facilities management, physical security, property management, or related field.
• Experience in a financial institution, regulated environment, multi-location organization, or security-sensitive operating environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide facilities oversight and security programs.
• Manage vendor, contracts, invoices, and service providers with accountability and governance.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost controls for facilities and security.
• Provide written/verbal reporting to COO and senior leadership on facilities matters and incidents.
• Travel between Notre Dame Federal Credit Union locations as needed.
