Home Franchise Concepts, LLC is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to accelerate growth across its franchise brands by optimizing national and local marketing investments for consumer demand, opportunities, and revenue. The role collaborates with Brand Marketing, Franchise Operations, Analytics, and agencies to translate data into action and improve marketing effectiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience with responsibility for performance marketing, paid media, and growth initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale paid media investments across multiple brands, markets, locations, or business units.
• Experience developing and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies and leveraging AI-enabled marketing solutions is preferred.

• Lead performance marketing strategy across franchise portfolio to drive demand, lead generation, acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Establish performance goals and growth targets by brand, channel, and market.
• Identify high-value opportunities and translate insights into action plans with investments and optimization.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Franchise Operations to align investments with growth objectives.
• Oversee national/local media planning and agency performance, ensuring measurement and accountability.
