HomeTown Services seeks a Director of Performance Marketing to lead a multi-brand paid media strategy in Houston, driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will own multi-million-dollar investments across Google Ads and other platforms, optimize ROAS, and align with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing multi-million-dollar annual paid media budgets across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable performance improvements.
• Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams including Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Agencies.
• Ability to travel up to 10% by auto and plane with overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing strategies to generate qualified traffic, leads, and revenue growth across multiple brands and markets.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar paid media investments with emphasis on Google Ads, Performance Max, and related products.
• Direct budget allocation, optimization, testing, and reporting of ROAS, CPL, leads, and revenue metrics.
• Partner with Field Marketing and Ops teams to align plans with location-level objectives and capacity.
• Develop testing frameworks and playbooks to scale successful initiatives across markets and brands.
