Job summary

The Council on Aging (COA) seeks a Director of Human Resources and AI Systems to lead HR operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, and AI-enabled workforce solutions across the organization.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee HR technology platforms, governance of AI initiatives, and workforce analytics to support strategic objectives while ensuring HIPAA and data protection requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, OD, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Experience leading recruitment, ATS, and talent acquisition reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, workforce administration, payroll, and benefits.
• Lead recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage HR technology platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Partner with compliance, IT, finance and executives on workforce initiatives.
