Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Senior Director, People Systems & Analytics to design, implement, and optimize systems across the employee lifecycle. You will lead integrations, governance, reporting, and automation in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on technical work, including building dashboards, mapping workflows, and driving automation using AI to improve efficiency and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in HR/People operations, systems or tech.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own People technology stack, including HRIS, ATS and other platforms.
• Lead implementations, configurations, testing, and admin of systems.
• Design data governance and ensure secure, integrated data flows.
• Build dashboards to enable leadership to make talent decisions.
• Manage cross-functional vendor relationships and projects.
