Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, or technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading managers and technical teams.
• Experience building enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.
• Experience delivering workforce analytics, BI, or HR tech solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and strategic tech investments.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the People Data & AI vision, roadmap, and multi-year strategy.
• Lead HR analytics, reporting, AI enablement, and data platforms.
• Partner with HR executives to drive business outcomes through data and AI.
• Build scalable data architectures and platform standards.
• Establish governance for data quality, security, and compliance.
