The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of reimbursement pathways. The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts and offers competitive benefits as well as a salary of $220,000-$245,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Demonstrated progressive field leadership experience.
• Experience supporting rare disease and/or specialty products.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, field-based patient access organization.
• Own field patient access readiness and execution for new product and indication launches.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support.
