• Bachelor’s level leadership experience in healthcare or service operations preferred
• Experience supervising EVS or similar front-line teams
• Strong scheduling and workforce planning capabilities
• Familiar with budget tracking and cost containment measures

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise all Patient Observation Assistants functions
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Schedule staff to cover shifts, holidays, and vacations
• Manage department budgets and expenses to meet cost targets
• Maintain relationships with Nursing leadership, hospital administration, and clients
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Provide coaching and leadership to supervisors and staff
• Develop and implement operational improvements and quality assurance checks
