• Experience leading organizations through change, onboarding partners at scale.

• Own the partner service delivery strategy and multi-partner operating model across domains.
• Govern and manage partner performance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadences.
• Scale back-office tax prep model by designing operating and integration points for efficiency.
• Drive partner integration and workforce alignment with standard tools, workflows, and training.
• Influence cross-functional leaders across product, operations, legal, and customer experience.
• Lead through peak seasons with SLA risk mitigation and rapid escalation management.
