Own end-to-end service delivery for Money Services and Workforce Solutions, accountable for outcomes and performance.
Redesign operating model and migrate to AI-enhanced platform without disrupting live operations.
Operationalize AI-powered quality management and define the growth roadmap for GBSG.
Lead AI-enabled transformation, governance, and leadership layers for scaling.
Direct workforce planning, capacity management, and real-time scheduling optimization.
Oversee payroll tax operations with regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.
