• Proven vendor governance experience driving performance across multiple third-party relationships at scale.
• Strong metrics discipline with SLA management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner service delivery strategy and multi-partner operating model across domains.
• Govern and manage partner performance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadences.
• Scale back-office tax prep capabilities and ensure quality controls and integration points.
• Drive partner integration and workforce alignment across tools, workflows, and training standards.
• Influence cross-functional leaders in product, operations, legal, and customer experience to support partners.
• Lead through peak-season and high-pressure moments with proactive risk mitigation and escalation management.
• Build leadership depth and succession planning to sustain growth as the partner ecosystem scales.
• Champion AI adoption across the partner ecosystem, integrating AI workflows into service delivery.
