Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Director to lead the Partner Service Delivery organization within its Expert Network Services. You will own end-to-end partner strategy, governance, and performance across third-party service delivery relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and operations management experience in multi-partner environments.
• Vendor governance frameworks across multiple third-party relationships.
• Data-driven decision making with SLA management & KPIs.
• Metrics-driven with cycle time, NPS, customer satisfaction focus.
• Experience building service delivery operations and integration with workflows.
• Influence across product, legal, operations, and customer experience.
• Experience leading change, operating model transformation, and partner onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner service delivery strategy and operating model across domains.
• Govern and manage partner performance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadences.
• Scale back-office tax prep capability with defined operating model and controls.
• Drive partner integration and workforce alignment across service lines.
• Align cross-functional leaders to provide tools and governance support for partners.
• Lead through peak seasons with risk mitigation and escalation management.
• Develop leadership depth and succession planning for a growing partner ecosystem.
