Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Virtual Expert Platform. This role leads the platform strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams to scale AI-native expert management across the enterprise.

You will coach product leads, collaborate with engineers, designers, and senior leaders, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive customer and business growth at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering world-class SaaS products in a Product Management leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise on large-scale software SaaS/PaaS platforms enabling cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and real-time orchestration systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-geo teams and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the 3–5 year vision for the Virtual Expert Platform.
• Lead and coach a dispersed team of product managers and leads.
• Develop robust, customer-aligned roadmaps with engineering and design partners.
• Drive build/buy and configuration decisions in partnership with engineering.
