CRCD Enterprises seeks a highly experienced Director of Support Services to lead our holistic support infrastructure, coordinating housing, transportation, childcare, mental health, and legal aid to help participants overcome barriers and succeed in construction careers.

You will liaison with funders—OCB, Redefine Alliance, and HHS—overseeing reporting, compliance, and partnership development, while aligning support services with CRCD’s mission, values, and five‑year plan.

Qualificações

• Experience in social services, workforce development, or nonprofit/social enterprise management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee a robust support services framework addressing housing, transportation, childcare, mental health, and legal aid.
• Serve as the lead contact for funders, managing reporting and compliance.
• Ensure program activities comply with city, state, and federal funding mandates.
• Lead data-driven reporting of participant outcomes using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Coordinate annual personnel evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
