CRCD Enterprises is a dynamic social enterprise operating as an independent for-profit entity—the business engine for our parent organization, the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD). We operate multiple business lines, including Beautification/Graffiti Abatement, Professional Painting Services, and Janitorial Services.

At the heart of our mission is workforce development. We operate the Teresa McCoy Training Center, providing specialized training to prepare individuals for careers in the construction sector. Our ecosystem also includes CRCD Construction, LLC and Sonny’s Construction.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and compassionate Director of Support Services to lead our comprehensive support infrastructure. Guided by our mission—changing lives one job at a time—this role is critical to our success. You will serve as the primary liaison between our business operations and our key funding partners, including the Office of Community Beautification (OCB), Redefine Alliance (formerly REDF), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). You will ensure that our workforce development participants are connected to the vital support systems needed to overcome barriers and thrive in their careers.
