• Lead, supervise, and develop the Parking Department, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee all parking operations to ensure safe, efficient traffic flow during daily operations and events.
• Develop staffing plans and create employee schedules based on business demands and event calendars.
• Coordinate parking logistics with internal departments, tournament directors, event organizers, and external partners.
• Monitor parking lots and traffic patterns to identify operational improvements and implement solutions.
