Qualifications
- Minimum two years of parking management/supervisory experience.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily parking staff and operations during shifts.
- Coordinate with users, hotel partners, and public safety as needed.
- Monitor revenue controls and reconcile discrepancies per policy.
- Maintain safety, customer service, and department standards.
- Assist with maintenance tasks and snow removal as required.
