Spooky Nook Sports Ohio LLC in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests and provide a fun, healthy experience for all visitors and faculty members. This role emphasizes strong customer service in a lively, high-energy environment.

Requires morning or evening availability during the week as well as weekend availability. Starting pay is $13 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a $1 hourly raise after 90 days of employment upon successful completion of the Raise

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of the English language; ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements with reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Acts as central resource for Spooky Nook Sports community.
• Promotes programming and provides information to customers.
• Responds to inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Remains calm during urgent or stressful interactions.
• Processes payments for internal registrations, memberships, and daily fees.
• Follows cash handling policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
