Job summary

Spooky Nook Sports Ohio LLC is seeking an experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee turf fields, courts, and multi-purpose areas, ensuring organization, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will review BEOs and ensure event spaces are set up per specifications, including layouts and equipment.

Schedule emphasizes evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision of operations, coordination of event spaces, and collaboration with a guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Previous guest service/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment a plus.
• Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Guest-focused/service-oriented; ability to see big picture and impact on Company.
• Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, and fellow employees.
• Self-starting and motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear-down of all event areas – Sports and Banquets
• Transport athletic and banquet equipment to and from storage areas
• Greet and check in all event participants
• Enforce all complex policies including court and field safety
• Ensure all event areas are transitioned at the appropriate times
• Document and submit a shift report during each shift to maintain accuracy, safety, and communication
• Resetting and sanitizing all event spaces and surfaces
• Assisting with maintaining inventory
• Review daily event schedule at start of each shift
• Serve as Event Coordinator for designated events
• Assist with snow removal on the property when needed
• Other duties as assigned
