Job summary

Tenable seeks a data-driven Manager, Integrated Search & Google Media to own paid search and Google media across global campaigns. You will lead SEO/GEO initiatives and collaborate with senior theater leads to translate regional targets into demand and pipeline.

You will drive experimentation, AI-enabled ad strategies, and cross-channel optimization while maintaining a strong focus on ROAS and performance metrics in a hybrid work setup at our Columbia MD or Boston MA offices.

Qualifications

5+ Years of Hands-On Experience managing multi-region paid search and video budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and YouTube TV ads.
Google Ads/AdWords Mastery with deep knowledge of Search, Video, PMax and automated bid management.
Hands-on Technical SEO & GEO capabilities including site audits, meta tag optimizations, and keyword tracking.
Experience working with regional theater or growth leads to translate targets into conversion-focused tactics.
Advanced skills in GA4, GA dashboards, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
Familiarity with AI-assisted ad creation and performance insights.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, launch, optimization, and scaling of paid search campaigns across Google/Bing/YouTube ecosystems.
Lead AI-driven features and testing to improve audience targeting and ROAS.
Collaborate with Senior SEO/GEO and Performance Marketing Leads to meet regional theater targets.
Drive end-to-end campaign experiments, landing page optimization, and lead capture improvements.
Perform technical SEO work and ensure high crawlability and indexability across properties.
