Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Director of Paid Media to lead a holistic paid media program across national, retail, and performance channels. Based in Plano, TX, this role drives strategy, planning, and measurement, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to maximize ROAS and brand impact.

The ideal candidate oversees MMM/MTA analytics, manages budgets, and partners with agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that align with product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years with an advanced degree.
• Expertise in media management, and campaign management.
• Experience leading and leveraging advanced modeling techniques such as MMM and MTA.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Paid Media team, driving strategy, planning, measurement, and reporting.
• Develop a holistic paid media strategy across National, Retail, and Performance Media.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and other stakeholders.
• Leverage MMM and MTA to maximize ROAS and optimize media in real-time.
• Create budgets across national, retail, and performance marketing and manage agency relationships.
