Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of PHP and IOP services.
• Drive volume growth, revenue, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality metrics.
