Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to build and manage our PHP/IOP program onsite in Haverhill, MA. You will lead day-to-day operations and drive program growth.

This role combines clinical leadership with operational rigor, guiding staff, ensuring quality, and expanding referrals to increase admissions and revenue. A Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician is required, with 4+ years in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician (LCSW/LMHC/PhD etc).
• 4+ years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PHP and IOP operations, including group facilitation.
• Drive KPI targets: admissions, revenue, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Develop outreach to increase direct admissions and brand awareness.
