Job summary

Harboroaks seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs, ensuring clinical excellence and operational rigor. You will guide day-to-day operations, manage performance metrics, and coordinate care transitions from inpatient and to community-based care, while driving outreach.

The role demands a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health, including 2+ years in leadership, and preference for PHP/IOP experience. On-site Memphis operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare, including 2+ years in operations and managerial experience
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP and IOP programs' day-to-day operations and groups
• Meet key business metrics: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention/satisfaction, clinical quality
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship for clinical and support staff
• Ensure licensure, accreditation, regulatory, and contractual compliance
• Support business development and outreach to drive admissions and brand awareness
