Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks an Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Development to partner with business leaders and HRBPs. You will diagnose opportunities, design scalable OE solutions, and drive measurable change across a global enterprise.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, change management, and digital/AI-enabled tools to support HR partners and leaders. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of OE experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimal 7 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.
• Experience in scaling OE/Change practices directly with the business and through HR Business Partners.
• Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision-making and storytelling to engage leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop, implement and measure the approach for organizational effectiveness at Bristol Myers Squibb.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational development initiatives with business goals.
• Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on priority projects; facilitate cross-functional partnerships within the business and guide change management to support business priorities.
• Conduct organizational diagnostic and assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design, create, and facilitate organizational design, development and performance improvement strategies that drive positive behavior change for people leaders and employees.
• Lead internal teams in the development and implementation of change initiatives that positively impact employee engagement.
• Bring forward data-based recommendations and insights; develop metrics to measure outcomes linked to enterprise priorities.
