Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Drug Development Excellence to lead end-to-end process improvement and AI-enabled operations across DD functions.

You will partner with Clinical Development, Trial Operations and Regulatory teams to translate strategic goals into practical frameworks, monitor KPIs, and drive sustainable performance improvements in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in operational excellence, process improvement, or strategy execution within pharma.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma; certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep, data-driven analysis of end-to-end Drug Development processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations with KPIs linked to strategic targets.
• Collaborate across DD functions to drive cross-functional improvements and change management.
