Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Org Development, IO Psychology)
• Minimum 7 years in global OE, change management and org development
• Experience scaling OE/Change with business partners and HR
• Ability to apply data analytics to talent decisions and storytelling for leaders
• Skilled at facilitating senior-level meetings and advising executives
• Proven ability with diagnostic tools and organ/people assessment instruments
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and stakeholder influence abilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define OE strategy and align with business goals.
• Design and implement organizational design, development, and performance programs.
• Lead change management and engagement initiatives across teams and functions.
• Develop metrics, use analytics, and measure OE program impact.
• Create scalable OE solutions, including AI-enhanced tools for HR partners.
• Provide thought leadership and build OE capability across the org.
