Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Executive Partnership & Strategic Alignment leader to drive organizational effectiveness across the enterprise in Princeton, NJ. You will partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to design diagnostics, scale OE practices, and guide change initiatives using data-driven insights and storytelling to influence executives.

The role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive organizational design, diagnostics, and scalable OE programs that align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years in global organizational effectiveness, change management, and organizational development.
• Experience scaling OE/change practices with the business and HRBPs.
• Data/analytics for talent decision-making; ability to engage leaders through storytelling.
• Facilitate senior-level meetings; counsel leaders through diagnostics.
• Extensive use of talent/organizational capability assessment tools.
• Outstanding judgment; strong rapport with leaders; exceptional stakeholder management and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop, implement, and measure organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align OE initiatives with business goals.
• Serve as advisor on priority projects and guide cross-functional partnerships and change management.
• Lead change initiatives to positively impact employee engagement.
• Develop scalable OE solutions and AI-enhanced tools supporting change and OE.
• Consult and enable HR partners; build capability in OE and change management.
