RHA Health Services, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Director of Organic Growth to drive census and revenue growth across IDD services. This market-facing role builds strategic relationships with referral sources, state agencies, MCOs, hospitals, and community partners to identify and convert opportunities.

The position is highly visible, with compensation heavily incentive-based and tied to measurable growth outcomes, including expansion of services and geographic presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified organic growth opportunities to support census and revenue targets.
• Generate and convert new referrals and expand existing referral relationships.
• Identify and advance opportunities for new homes, new programs, and service expansion.
• Leverage relationships with State agencies, MCOs, and community partners to generate growth opportunities.
• Represent RHAs growth initiatives throughout the IDD community.
• Partner with Operations, Admissions, Clinical, and other leaders to remove barriers to admission and ensure growth opportunities convert to services.
