Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of organic growth opportunities to support census and revenue targets.
• Generate and convert new referrals and expand existing referral relationships.
• Identify and advance opportunities for new homes, programs, and service expansion.
• Cultivate and leverage relationships with State agencies, MCOs, and community partners to generate growth opportunities.
• Represent RHA in the IDD community and partner with Operations, Admissions, and Clinical teams to remove barriers to admission.
