Job summary

RHA Health Services in Wilmington, NC seeks a Director of Organic Growth to achieve census and revenue growth by cultivating referrals and partnerships with state agencies, MCOs, hospitals, schools and community groups.

In this role, you will identify opportunities for new homes and programs, expand service lines, and strengthen RHAs presence in markets. Compensation is incentive-based, tied to measurable growth, with a base salary in the mid 60s to mid 70s range.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline to meet census and revenue targets.
• Generate and convert referrals and expand existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new homes, programs, and service expansion.
• Collaborate with state agencies, MCOs, hospitals and community partners.
• Represent RHA throughout the IDD community.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into services.
