Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC invites a collaborative Operations Vice President for New Jersey to guide regional strategy and ensure high-quality, person-centered services across IDD programs. You’ll lead executive directors and managers, oversee budgets, and coordinate regulatory compliance.

You will engage families and stakeholders, work with regulatory bodies, and drive growth while upholding the organization’s mission and integrity in New Jersey. This full-time on-site role is based in Sparta, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in IDD services with regional leadership for multi-site ops.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of IDD regulations and service models.
• Excellent organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Set regional objectives and drive operational strategies aligned with the mission and plan.
• Lead regional employees, including Executives and Admin staff, across sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential, day, and community programs.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation across regions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing readiness; support audits.
• Engage community and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
