Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director for the IDD program in Montague, NJ. This on-site role leads the unit's strategic and operational activities, ensuring person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes for individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

The role oversees clinical, administrative, and workforce operations, builds high-performing interdisciplinary teams, and maintains strong relationships with regulators, families, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, health administration, social work, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in IDD services, long term care facilities or related healthcare/human services settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks applicable to IDD services (e.g., HCBS, CMS, CARF, state licensing).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the IDD unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery and program integrity.
• Oversee clinical, administrative, and operational departments to ensure regulatory compliance and budget achievement.
• Lead quality management, audits, incident tracking, and response to regulatory surveys and accreditation processes.
