RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Organic Growth in North Carolina. This senior leader will drive census and revenue growth for IDD services by building strategic referral networks with state agencies, MCOs, hospitals, and community partners.

This highly visible, market-facing role identifies, develops, and converts growth opportunities by building strategic relationships with referral sources, state agencies, managed care organizations, hospitals, school systems, and community partners.The Director serves as RHAs growth ambassador, proactively identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing service lines, increasing census, and strengthening RHAs presence in existing and emerging markets.This position is designed for a highly motivated business development professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
